We'd like to ease some of your concerns by walking you through our process.

INITIAL MEETING
We start with discussing anything and everything including your wants, needs, budget, plans, lot location, and most importantly, your expectation of us as builders.

price and approval
The next time we sit down together, we will finalize price for the project and approve final plans and specs. If the price is acceptable, contracts will be signed and permits will be applied for. One step closer!

construction begins
When the dream starts to become a reality! Throughout the building process, your home will be visited and monitored daily. We pride ourselves on our consistent communication with our customers throughout the entire process. Customers will be given updated timelines of when selections need to be made by in order to have everything run smoothly and in a timely manner. If at anytime our customers have any questions, we are here to answer them.

construction
complete
Once the construction nears completion, we review all additions or credits with owners. A punch list of final touches will be taken care of to have the house move-in ready. Upon move in, the owners will be given a binder with their certificate of completion, certificate of occupancy, home owner’s warranties, manuals, list of subcontractors and selections made throughout the build.
