Lea has been in the custom homebuilding business since 1977. He is also a licensed commercial contractor specializing in custom medical, insurance, and professional offices. He also develops subdivisions, as well as investing in all kinds of real estate. However, his first love is custom homebuilding. “I like to take clients by the hand and walk them through the process. Encouraging them along the way and making the ‘homebuilding experience’ a pleasant one.”
